The twin-screw steam compressor heat pump system is applied to the pressurization, heating and transportation of various waste steam, secondary steam, low-pressure steam and flash steam. It can compress and transport saturated, unsaturated and superheated water vapor, process steam, etc., and at the same time allows the steam to contain liquid components during operation.
It is mainly applied in the following production scenarios: Heat pump distillation: In the fields of refining and chemical engineering, especially in fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries, for vapor phase recovery, heating, pressurization and reuse in distillation and evaporation processes; Evaporation and crystallization: Environmental protection water treatment and various solution evaporation and crystallization, secondary steam recovery and reuse in food drying, pharmaceutical crystallization, purification and other production processes; Waste steam pressurization: Pressurization and transportation of pipeline steam, waste heat steam, and low-grade steam; Flash steam recovery: Recovery, pressurization, heating and external transportation of various flash steam generated in industries such as chemical engineering, printing and dyeing, papermaking, power, textile, solar energy utilization and food. Coupling application with high-temperature water source heat pumps: Medium and low-pressure steam can be produced by coupling the sensible heat of high-temperature waste heat water with water source heat pumps
