It is a new type of positive displacement, constant volume rotary pump system. A pair of identical, gap-free, rubber-coated, double helical rotors rotate toward each other in the volumetric chamber, creating a vacuum at the suction end and forming pressure at the discharge end. The medium being drawn in is continuously rotated by the rotors and expelled from the pump as it fills the volumetric chamber.
It features insensitivity to the conveyed medium and can handle high gas and solid content; it has strong suction capacity with a self-priming height of up to 7 meters; it is highly efficient and low consumption; self-cleaning; has no easily worn or consumable parts; and offers diverse drive and installation options.
Main applications include the petroleum and refining industries: lifting and conveying collected oil, waste oil, sludge containing polymer oils, and crude oil; multiphase gas, liquid, and solid gathering and conveying; mixed transportation; and emergency drainage.
In municipal, shipbuilding, biopharmaceutical, food industries, paper-making, power generation, steel, and coal chemical industries: lifting and conveying wastewater, sludge, waste oil, liquid preparations, pulps, distillers' grains, coal-water slurry, coal paste, live bacterial cultures, and activators.
