This product is a rotary pump designed based on the principle of positive displacement and equal volume compression conveying. It creates a negative pressure at the suction end and a working pressure at the discharge end by the rotation of a pair of identical double-helical rotors covered with rubber layers in the volume cavity towards each other. The sucked medium is continuously filled into the volumetric chamber as the rotor rotates, and is continuously conveyed and discharged under the action of the rotor. It is mainly applicable to the petroleum and refining and chemical industries: lifting and transportation of fallen oil, contaminated oil, oily sludge water, crude oil, gathering and mixed transportation of gas, liquid and solid multiphase media, emergency flood drainage and other scenarios. It can be applied in industries such as municipal works, shipping, biopharmaceuticals, food, papermaking, power generation, steel, and coal chemical engineering, and is used for lifting and transporting media such as sewage, sludge, waste oil, liquid preparations, slurry, distiller's grains, water-coal slurry, coal paste, live bacterial colonies, and activators.
